My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were large and clean, though it was a bit inconvenient having to go downstairs to the lobby. The service was top-notch with very friendly staff who were more than flexible with my requests. The location was perfect for exploring the picturesque villages of Alsace, right at the heart of the wine route. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, even though it was a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money.

I couldn't get enough of the outstanding view over the countryside, grapevines, and the majestic Haut Koenigsburg castle on the hill. The room was spacious with an updated bathroom, nice linens, plenty of space, and a great air conditioner. The service was more than flexible and lovely, making my stay even more enjoyable.
